I understand the ch 7 BK can/will stay on the CRAs for 10 years. :-( However, do all the individual account listings as "Included in Bankruptcy" drop off in 7 years as with any other derog. item?
Some of mine are dated to fall when they were originally supposed to fall off, but some are using the date of the bk(so will be 7 years from bk file date). All will be gone before the Bk. And I hope to have the bk removed early due to inaccurate reporting, but I'm waiting til most of my bk items are removed.
