This is something that I hope comes true this year. Of course EQ just keeps taking my dream away each time they repost an deleted account or as in thread, deletes positive tradelines. Anyone want to do a class action because I am in!!!
Yup, short for Washington Alien - from when I lived in WA, it was my definitive answer to all those "WA NATIVE" bumper stickers I saw everywhere ;-) I know that it really reinforces those statutes. Really, logically, I do. LOL. It's just some little niggle somewhere that says "but what if they try and twist that ruling and use it to their advantage?" I think I'll just hold tight, be happy that most of the collections are off our reports at this point, and hurry and get the rest off before they decide to try ;-) Thanks for the reassurance.
