CRA *not mine* letter

    i just received green card from CA, now i understand that i dispute to CRA as *not mine*. what exactly do i say in letter to CRA so they don't say frivilous ?

    I do not recognize the following account.

    Idiot CA 123-456-789 $xx.xx

    Please delete.

    Bill:

    Generally (note the generally), if it is your first dispute for that account the dispute won't be marked as frivelous.

    Depending on the CRA future disputes may be harder after the initial one, but the initial one should be fairly easy to get done.
