CRA "Premium" Service??

    Maybe this is what's coming down the pike...

    Make consumers endure endless streams of crappy service. Keep NEG info. Delete POS info. Refuse to investigate. Report incorrect info. All meant for maximum frustration value.

    THEN, roll out the new and improved "Premium" service. For a small monthly fee have your "concerns" handled immediately by a well-trained, knowledgable expert. Get immediate results! Buy that house TODAY!

    Of course, the CRAs would still have to offer the "low-end" free service.

    It's already started with "re-scoring". People are paying just to get what should be FREE!!
