Yep... I've even received the procedures when I didn't ask for them... hint: if they get a letter where they decide its better to send everything to make sure that they've complied completely they'll send everything to make sure that they've complied completely... BUT The procedures are never specific to your dispute, they are mearly the standard disclaimer which is printed on your result summary.
