I requested validation and disputed accounts with the OC. Heard nothing. Did the same with the CA, heard nothing. Never listed as disputed, never sent anything. Sent estoppel letters and still nothing. The CRA validates. I want to sue the sh** out of them all. The accounts were from California. I live in Missouri. Who gets sued for what and where do I file? How do I have them served? I want to make sure I've got all my ducks in a row.

You sue them in your state. Here in Colorado for $5 at filing the court will make sure the paperwork goes out certified. Or you can check on the internet for process servers.

Check with your state govt to find out if they have a registered agent, if they do that's who get's served. If they don't, chances are they are not licensed in your state (check on this as well) then you send it to their main address
