I disputed some things with the CRA's and the CA's themselves, the CA's have verified with the CRA (but not with me) and listed the items as VERIFIED CONSUMER DISPUTES (meets requirements of FDCPA) These were "verified with the CRA" after they received my disputes directly. So, they can just never verify with me and keep listing this account so long as they say I dispute it? Is this correct? Thanks in advance
I should note that while I don't recall ever receiving anything from the CA's in writing and I know I did not get any phone calls from them, it is still probably outside of the "30 day dispute" period.
Does the account appear to be within the SOL for them to sue you (or can't you tell from the trade line)?

There ain't no way you're going to like it.
none of them will even bother with the validation either, two marked it "in dispute" (well, one only my my ex report, not on tu or eq) one has not, and the other (arrow) deleted all remarks from my CR! *shrug* this game is stressing me out I need to sue one and they have no person to serve in California.. fun stuff.
