I've been trying to settle with them for 4 years, and they best they would ever do was change the rating of the account to an R5, which I think is just paid...
Settled 2 cap 1's recently. Settled one with Viking for 50%, settled the other with Mr. Cooke's office for less than 50%, it might have been around 40%, I didn't take the dollar amount and work it into a percentage. Neither one agreed to deletion. Luke
