CRA's, FRCA and State Laws

    If your going after a CRA for inaccurate data, you might check out your state laws too. They could be in violation of both federal and state laws.

    Here in Texas they have the Texas Business and Commerce Code which covers Credit Reporting Agencies too....very similar to the FCRA.
