2 of the 3 powers that be have not investigated all that I have disputed and asked validation for. I sent each a letter, listing all disputes on one letter and they sent back replies to me verifying they are pending validation from creditors I have questioned, however only about 1/2 of what I listed they are or have verified or are pending, which is fine. The thing that confuses me is they are also listing items that I DID NOT list in my letters to verify!; items I know are ok or did not need verification on. Any thoughts as to what I can do and is this a breach of the FCRA?? They only followed thru with about 50%! I had to laugh, actually! Let me know, thanks,...tonyd
