Hello all... I have a question. I have several old accounts that I have recently discovered from the OC date of last activity they are past their staute of limitations. Citibank Visa Sunbank MC Circuit City store card. In fact all three accounts have been turned over to CA and there are trade lines from each of the CA on my CR. My Question... All 3 of these Accounts according to the "date of last Activity" will be removed from my CR by all 3 of the CRA in 17 months. because the staute of limitation is up on these accounts and the 7 year period is only 17 months away is there a chance of getting these accounts taken off my CR now?? before the end of the 7 year period. Always a chance If you are sure they are past your SOL you can dispute away. The CA's may start bugging you again, but you can tell them to take a flying leap.
