Please tell me I'm not nuts... I just checked EXP CE and I can't see the investigation option on top of the screen for ALL my accounts. It was bad enough that they took out that option (and again, thanks Doc) for inquiries....now ALL accounts? Someone check...or maybe "something" happened to my account only because of my phone call to Carla Blair this morning..

Thanks Mindcrime....I was starting to get that "Alien Conspiracy" thought again... Where did you see that message? I don't recall seeing it when logging in...or I overlooked it. Also, I wonder if this "maintenance" has anything to do with Doc's "thing", although they have already fixed the problem...
Hello, Since you even mentioned Carla Blair's name, you must either be 1) a lawyer ,or 2) filed a lawsuit against Experian, you are now in Experian's CASS unit (consumer assistance special services) and CANNOT dispute online, while your file is flagged for CASS. I know from personal experience. You have to bitch and moan for days on end to get the flag removed, and then they may "release you from CASS in the interest of customer service" Have you tried to call Shannon Stafford, she is the mgr of CASS, her ext. is 4050 I believe, she is Carla's manager and Mina's manager (Mina is Carla's Supervisor, she is at x4019) 972-390-4019
Great info ARobinson! That's detailed 411 on the EXP 'food chain'.... To answer your questions... 1. Nope. I wish I was a lawyer...more $$$. 2. Not yet. I haven't filed a lawsuit yet...since I am awaiting on a response from 2 creditors...then I'll go after EXP since they're the ones ignoring my docs/data proving the incorrectness of my accounts.
