I am tired of all the scam help files and psuedo repair software people think are software for credit repair...
I am thinking of developing some credit repair software. I am still at the concept stage
What features would you want to see?
Anyone think this is a good idea, bad idea, want to help beta the mockups and software as I develop it.
    Stricly shareware...

    Your Thoughts?

I use to be a software ENG and am retired

Need any help I offer it for free

    WHY because after experiencing
my very first Dunning letter WITH
perfect credit and the debt is not
valid I see how the CAs , OC, CRA really
walk all over the consumer who does not
know their rights or do not have the time
    to address it.

So if you are interested I can help you.

You might get more court acceptance of software generated wills. The problem is that the FCRA language specifically allows a CRA to ignore frivolous disputes. What is frivolous is not defined, but the CRAs have been routinely claiming that disputes that they believe are from credit repair companies are frivolous.

Although software might guide a novice consumer thru the process to dispute questionable accounts, if used to send dispute letters, both the CRAs and CAs would probably just dismiss them as "frivolous" disputes from a credit repair company, and refuse to acknowledge them as valid disputes legally obligating them to take any action. If a significant percentage of such software generated disputes were in fact frivolous, the courts might not penalize them for ignoring all similar letters.
