Does anyone have any info on these jokers? They are saying I owe $2000 and won't negotiate one bit. The SOL isn't up yet, and I think I pissed them off royaly!!
Ok they didn't validate and you have no idea what its for and you are afraid you pissed them off? I would turn it around on them and be pissed at them. Did you send a written letter of validation?

Thank for the info, they already validated, and I was trying to negotiate for less than the $2000, made a deal with one rep, now some mean rep says that offer is null and void and won't deal, won't let me speak to a supervisor and won't let me talk to the rep who made the deal with me. If you ever need a car loan stay far far away from these evil people!!!
