I had to go to the hospital and for some reason one of the bills were not paid by insurance because they didn't get my insurance information. The beginning of last Month they sent me a request for my insurance information and we sent it in. They said they need the primary name on the insurance 2 weeks later and provided them with that, 1 week later they placed the bill on my credit report.

I was finally able to get in touch with them today (Normally you call and it is endless ringing and there is no answering machine)

speaking with them today they refuse to take it off my credit report and the representative said they will not accept any payment.

I asked to speak with the supervisor and they hung up on me.

I call back, the system says my phone number is blocked. When I call from another number and state my name, etc or try and get in touch with anyone they realize it is me and block that number. I tried calling several times from different numbers shortly after and just don't pick up the phone again.

I sent them a letter and they just sent it back to me not even open.

    What do I do???

I would start by sending them a validation letter, and then keep building your paper trail. Charlie
