Just heard on the news the state house voted to prevent insurance companies doing business in the state of Missouri from using credit information to determine your insurance rates. Now the state senate must also pass and its on to the Governor for his signature. If you live in Missouri, call or write your senators and urge them to pass this! jlc.

I should add that I remember reading somewhere that Progressive testified that they found credit to be a better predicter of claims then your driving record!
