I received a pre-approved offer from Fleet for a platinum credit card with pretty good perks--10.99 fixed apr, no balance transfer fees, no interest on purchases till 07/02, credit limit up to 50,000.00. It states they received information from a credit bereau in which I met their requirements for an account--How can you find out what credit bereau sent out this information--I checked all three and there is no soft inquiry---or is one not done when they send your information? Is Fleet a good credit card??
You "APPLY" when you send in the paperwork or call on the phone. They "PULL" a credit report. You won't get $50,000.00.
I would like to "Apply" just to see if I can go higher than 25,000.00 on any one card.
