    Hello all,

I have been attempting to correct some errors on my report for some time now. I don't remember what time frame should be allowed (is considered acceptable) in
between disputes. so, I have 3 questions:

#1) what IS an "acceptable" time frame in which to space my disputes?

#2) what is the time frame based on, when the bureaus RECEIVE the report or the date on the LAST report?

#3)My last round of reports are dated around 8/14/00. Should I FIRST request another copy of my report (as there may have been reinsertions) and THEN dispute
the erroneous items. or should I just use the reports dated around 8/14/00 to dispute the information from.

    Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Space the disputes according to when they are resolved, 1 at a time.

Dispute in writing and follow up with a phone call if no response.

No need to get a new report first, either.
