I have a CC from FIRST PREMIER BANK. Once I lost this card and reported to bank. What they did was unusual. They issued a new CC with a new account and at the same time they are reporting old account to CRA's as under: Date Opened: 07/1998 Type: Revolving Reported Since: 08/1998 Terms: NA Date of Status: 10/2002 Monthly Payment: $0 Last Reported: 10/2002 Responsibility: Individual Credit Limit/Original Amount: $350 High Balance: $331 Recent Balance: NA Recent Payment: NA Creditor's statement: Credit card lost or stolen. Account History:30 days as of 12-1998 The new accont is current and never been late but this account is -ve account in my CR. Please advice how can I get rid of it? Thanks.
