When you receive a solicitation for a credit card and the creditor did a soft inquiry(prm) on your credit report, when you apply(reply), what are the chances the creditor will actually use that particular credit bereau for the application??

From my experience they pulled from a different bureau when I applied.

Look closely at the wording of the offer letter.... Does it say pre-approved or is it just an invitation to apply. Pre-approved no report, Invite, mostly likely subject to a hard inquiry from one or more bureaus.
