I have a general question how are these process? If you have a record that the payment was recieved by them through mail before or on statement due date, but they did not process it later. Can they charge you late fees for this?

They say "It MUST be received 10AM or some other time on the due date or before"

If you can PROVE that it was RECEIVED before the so-called "CUT-OFF"...tell them that they made a mistake and you request that they remove the LATE FEE.

I had FIRST USA "TRY" to RIP US OFF for a late fee...they said we were one week late...but when my bank called and said that they have PROOF that the payment was posted at their bank one week before they say they got the payment...FIRST USA CAVED IN...they said it must have been a computer error?!?!?!?!?!

Even if you are "REALLY" late for the FIRST TIME...you MAY have a "FREE" pass...
