MBNA raised my interest rates, reason was my deceased husband's credit,they will not give me reason in writing. we did not have joint credit. interest rates raised so high, example min. payment for month charged 96.00 , interest for month 97.67 No charges have been made on card for over year, no payments ever late. Payed them off and requested account closed. They are still charging me interest, who do I contact for help.
