credit card transactions

    Hi all, I was wondering if you use a credit card (Visa/MC) to get cash at ATMs, are you still charged an ATM fee by the bank that has the ATM ? What if you get cash by using a credit card inside the bank ? Any fees ?

    Either way, you get socked with 3 fees:

    The ATM's owner's fee (unless it's PNC in NJ)
    The CC's transaction fee
    The CC's interest accruing on both the transaction fee and the amount withdrawn.
