I have to credit cards and i use them each month but pay them both off before my credit report is updated. So they're always reporting Credit Card Utilization at 0%... Is that good, or should i let my Credit Card Utilization report between 1-15% and then pay it off?

0% is best. If it's a hassle to pay them off before it's reported and you want to take advantage of the full float too, letting your CU ratio sit around 10-15% shouldn't hurt your credit scores either.
