I would stay away from First Premier and FNB Marin. Orchard is secured, but has less fees. Never heard of get smart. Tried for the Target card? Just my opinion.
You should have three lines in good standing at all times. If you can't get regular cards, you should get secured cards. Here are two links: http://www.cardweb.com/cardtrak/surveys/secured.html http://www.cardoffers.com/reviews/c...0&apr=9999&apr2=9999&intro=9999&Submit=Search
Hi, Have you tried Capital One? Many people hate them, but they don't charge outrageous fees to get an account. One example of an offering is 49.00 fee for a 500 credit limit card. Remember, if you keep applying for cards, those inquiries will drop your score and you will keep getting rejected, it's a neverending cycle.... Make your applications/inquiries count. Good luck on whatever card you choose......
I don't mean to double post, but I think I forgot to mention that the card is secured. Again, good luck.
