I have a question i applied and approved for a bank of montreal mastercard they told me the arrival time would be 5 days then 10 business days not 15 does anyone know how long it really takes? I did not have it express delivery becuase they said I would recieve before the 7th which i should have done because i am leaving for trip on the 8 tomorrow and didnt want it sitting in the mail box for a week what should i do? Please help
In general, in can take up to 30 days after you complete an application to receive a new credit card in the mail. Some credit issuers are faster, but I can't tell you exactly what the Bank of Montreal's process is like. Even if the card does show up and sit in your mailbox for a week, it shouldn't be a big problem. That is, unless you need the card for your trip. Have you tried calling their customer service line yet?
