Good! I need all the info I can get. Household bank has been reporting one of spouses charged off cc accounts(GM mastercard) as a joint account and posting to my credit reports. When I sent them crrr telling them to correct it they sent back my original letter with a post-it-not saying the account was sold to collections. I know that! But household is still reporting on my reports and they are responsible for the wrong information. To sue looks like the only remedy left. jlc
