does anyone know what secure card will issue you a card when you have had charge off's on your CR? i believe i have really bad credit, i can not even get a cell phone due to my past history. what card will take a chance? i want to rebuild. thank u
A lot of people have had good luck with Orchard. A credit union has worked for lots of people too. A banker once told me that a secured loan is easier to get because the bank has collateral. With a credit card they run the risk of stores delaying the charge slips which would allow you to go over your limit. Or you could lose you card and someone uses it and the bank eats it. So even though it's secured there is still some risk.
