My son got now two letter from CCS stating that he owes $289 for Insurance Services. He canceled his Motorcycle Insurance and Car insurance because he went with a different Company. So he should not owe anything. We contacted the Insurance, gave them proofe that he was covered somewhere else with Dates. Insurance Comp promissed to look into that, but of today we got now answer what happened on that.
In the meantime those Collections letters are coming. I tried to use their website to tell them to call the insurance but can't get nowhere. www.ccs.payment.com.
It got me to your website.
We are not paying until this insurance can proof we owe anything, what we should not.
    Any Advice?

Does your state have a state agency regulating insurance? You will may want to file a complaint with them.

    That's a good idea.

I would also contact the insurance company again, and tell them that you understand that the law is that they are supposed to cancel the day after your new insurance is effective. Then ask the insurance company to recall the account from the collection agency.

You should post in the credit forum in the future. More people check posts there, this is just a kind of hangout forum.
