Now I realize that CE and the score aren't the real thing however not sure what to think of this. My husband is an AU on 4 of my accounts, 2 have balances neither the balances nor the limits are factored into his scores at all. Early on I thought that being an "AU" gave you some help, but according to their site it doesn't do squat, unless you are late I am sure. Any thoughts???????? I realize I am only relying on CE at the moment
I had my wife put me as an AU on her Kay Jewelers card this week because it is a good tradeline that is 5yrs old. While doing this on the phone she asked the rep which agencies they would report this to. They told her none, because it would have no bearing on my credit anyway. They said the only way for that to work would be to change the account to a joint account, and then they would report in both of our names. Now I have to decide whether or not it is worth it to switch to a joint account, because I'll probably get another inquiry and get denied anyway...
I'm working on it dude, you already got my money so why are you dogging me? LOL! Just kidding Bill. Shawn PS Those little green cards have been pouring in, we'll see what happens now...
I didn't recognize your screen name. Send me the dates on those green cards if you have not already done that.
