credit expert deleted citibank ?

    Hey..

    I signed on for a 30 day free trial of credit expert on or about February 14th. I found that hubby's citibank account was showing a balance of over 2K.. which had be BT'd to a Juniper account. In effect the same debt was showing twice. I challenged the citi balance via the website to a ZERO balance. THEY DELETED THE WHOLE FILE!?.. Now the 2K balance is gone .. but so is the available credit line and the account history. Any explanaitons.. I guess I don't do that again ? I wondered if I charged some trival item .. like a book from amazon or something suing that citi account number ( the card is cut/up and gone) .. will the trade line show back up?

    Either EX didn't send dispute to Citi or Citi didn't respond in 30days. It's unlikely the account will just show up again unless you do some letter writing explaining what happened to Citi and also to EX. This may take some back and forth and lots of patience but if it's a good tradeline and you want it back on you are probably going to have to write several letters.

    I just sent in the dispute of the balance just last week. I guess I really don't need the tradeline, but since my daughter wanted a t-shirt that we saw online. I am going order it using that citi-card.
