Credit Expert down for the count...

    Wow...since the recent "upgrades" I was completely unable to get into the site.

    I had been on each day teh week leading up to the changeover, but after the switch it wouldn't let me in.

    Then the page "locked" my account. Two separate days calling in to have it unlocked resulted in me waiting on hold for over an hour each time, only to be told that they "system for unlocking passwords is down right now" and to try back in 24-48 hours.

    Now, today, the toll free number that you use to contact them has a recording (instead of hold music) that says "Due to recent website enhancements, we are experiencing technical difficulties. Please try contacting us again in 24-48 hours."

    What a bunch of friggin idiots...
