Hi, I just signed on with Experian's credit expert. I want to dispute some of the inquiries that I have But I could not find a link to do that. It seems that I can only start an investigation for delinquent accounts but the link to start an investifation disappears when I go to the inquiry screen. Any idea how to dispute inquiries online?? What is the difference between soft inquiries and hard inquiries? Is this a technical term or is t just Creditnettors terminology? Thanks
Hard inquiries are when you apply for credit. Soft inquiries are when your current creditors review your credit. Check out the FAQ and Glossary at the top of the message board for more Creditnetters terminology. And WELCOME TO THE BOARD!!!!
