Hi all! I did an investigation for derog account last month online that was to be completed by 5/26, a week later added 2 more due the 26th, tonight added another one and still due the 26th?????? I thought that you get a new report # every time you request, I keep getting the same number and completion due date of the 26th. Is this normal since I am requesting investigations on accounts to show like this and not get a new report, even though every item reports as being investigated when I check back on same report #. Is the new account that I wanted investigated tonight to be done by tomorrow, the 26, as noted on the report? Thanks, Momof5
I noticed this also, however, what ended up happening is that once they finished with the original set, the due date changed to reflect the next set of disputes.
