Do you have some sort of fraud alert on your report? Either put there by you or EXP? This happened to DH when he had a fraud alert on.
I got it taken care of, but thanks breeze. That is all it was. They have Drive and it is Road. Silly huh..Oh and by the way all I did is called CE and faxed them a copy instead of mailing it.
