Is anyone having trouble getting their experian report thru creditexpert today? I keep getting a "an error occurred and our system cannot process your request" message.

Yes - I called tech support twice YESTERDAY - it still isn't resolved. This is for myself and DH. I went onto PFB - Experian isn't a company in the records nor is Credit Expert. For persons that get "locked out" - what exactly is that and how were they able to achieve that status?
