I just tried to apply for the 30 day free trial but was rejected. Said I have to furnish proof of my address. It's funny because the address is the one thing that the CRA's have not screwed up. Has anyone else had this problem or is it just me? Of interest, they clearly said I would not be charged until the end of the 30 day period. I know someone posted here recently that they were charged immediately and then told they could get a refund if they cancelled.
If this is your first time, it is SOP. If you have used it before, then maybe somebody reported your address incorrectly, and there is now a discrepancy. Equifax has got my address screwed up now. They say "the computer did it." LOL.
Oh yeah, even though they had my correct address it said the same to me. I ranted with them by email and phone, they said to send two id's and they would activate me. Long story short... I did, they did, I like, I did not cancel, they charged after 30 days, I still like. John
