I signed up for Credit Expert on 8/15 for the main purpose of getting my credit report. I want to cancel it before the 30 day free trial ends so I won't get charged, but I can't seem to find any info on how to cancel it! Can someone tell me how to do this?
Please let us know so I can do the same thing! Just did Doc's Trick and now the real magic will be to not be charged! David Kinder
I just mark it on my calendar and then select the email address I received from them when I signed up. Just tell them you appreciated the free trial but can't afford the price right now. memberservices@creditexpert.com
I should have mentioned that I save their email. Then when I want to cancel, I open it and use the "reply" feature. That way they have all the info they need to cancel it.
Thanks, I do have the email they sent when I signed up. Its funny how they leave out info telling you how to cancel!
In credit expert, if you are in credit manager..go to my profile. At the bottom of the page, click on "view my subscription accounts" you will get a little window that will allow you to cancel it.
oh yeah..listen to the above post.. I remember it took me forever to find that.. they make it hard to cancel....
