credit inquiries

    Just recieved all 3 updated reports. I applied and got Penneys, Lowes, and Target all with pretty good limits. Not one of them appear on any of the reports as inquiries. I guess they are easy to get if they don't check credit.

    I assure you -- they all check credit, it probably has not posted yet.

    are you sure it wasn't listed as Dayton hudson for Target and Monogram bank of GA for lowes?????????

    It should show up as RNB or RET NATL BK for Target/Daytons/Hudsons/Fields/Mervyns, and MCCBG or GE__(something) for Loews and Penney's

    Nope, nothing. Not even on my hubbys reports. I've got so many disputes going I get updates about every week. He's got Penneys too about 2 months ago. GE Capitol appears on his TU but that was for Sams Club 5/00.

    When they pulled my reports for my recent refinance of my existing mortgage, the inquiry for THAT INQUIRY BEING MADE to GET the report was included on the report that was generated ... :) Almost sounded caniballistic ... :)
