Asset Acceptance pulled my credit report without my consent. How do i dispute this? Can i sue them for pulling my information without consent? I dont really want to dispute this by sending them a letter since all they do is stonewall you anyways. what can i do?
They wouldn't need your consent if they already have permissible purpose to pull your credit report. Aren't they trying to collect on one of your debts?
