This may sound like an odd request but I'm praying that someone will understand. My husband needs a Creditor Investor. He's just acquired a Real Estate Development firm that did $1.9 million last year...he has all the financials to prove this. My husband always paid cash and he specifically needs to establish credit while attaining vehicles for this firm. Right now he doesn't have the personal credit history to substantiate the loan... all paperwork and financials are in order though. He's willing to pay $500 a month for the right credit investor.
