I just pulled my Transunion CR and I noticied I have a Mongomery Wards Store Charge account listed as a revolving account. I noticied something missing though. There is a blank spot in the CREDIT LIMIT section, but lists $340.00 as the HIGH CREDIT section. Is this account actually hurting me, by keeping this on my TU report. Since there is no basis of comparison for utlitization, am I better off keeping this or removing this off my CR?

FYI - this company actually went out of business.

Doesn't it show "account closed"?? I am amazed at the number of accounts that show open, when the companies went under a long time ago. If it says "Account closed" don't worry about it.

    It states "Not on Record".

I had a $640 limit (sheesh) Nextcard account for awhile. It always reported $640 limit, $639 high credit.

After I closed it they changed the CL they reported to $1. Now the stupid thing reads $1 limit/$639 high credit. It doesn't seem to hurt me because it's closed.
