I have privista curious as to why not pleased with privista
They've made lots of mistakes in their reporting to me...I've gotten credit reports from Equifax that show that Privista should have reported something, and didn't, then did a week later..wierd...
I tried to cancel and they have not responded to my email...there you go, reason #2. Customer service. Thanks for the info!

If I can only get Privista to respond..sigh
I just noticed something strange about Privista. They back-dated my registration by 60 days...suppose this has something to do with their 60 day money back guarantee?
I joined March 17. So far, I feel I would have been better served by spending my money pulling one report from each CRA. And their site is one of the hardest to navigate I have seen.
Please post the results of your attempt to cancel.
Call or Fax Privista to cancel the service. Don't e-mail them again.
