Annual %age rate for purchases 22.8% Penalty APR 24.8% The annual rate may vary by adding 16.5% to the highest prime rate as published in the wall street journal (as long as it's between 22.8 and 24.99 Minimum finance charge $1 for any billing period in which a Finance Charge of less than $1 would otherwise be imposed (like if I didn't charge anything?) Are these people kidding? I may look stupid but I'm not THAT stupid. I think I'll call 'em and tell them how I just threw out a 4.99% Crapitol 1 card offer. Where do they come up with these terms?
