I have had experience with both. CPA took over 2 Blockbuster collection accounts of mine. Their address is: 1355 Noel Road, Suite 2100, Dallas, TX 75240, Phone: (972) 991-3171, I remitted to (sent money to) CPA, PO Box 802068, Dallas, TX 75380.
