I have been looking into going to a Credit Repair company. I am in PA and there is a local company in my area. Now does anyone know if they have to be bonded in PA or license to work in PA. Also I contacted Lexington Law firm, I see they charge a set up fee. I thought you could not do that since you are not allowed to take money up front till after the work is done after the first month.
Do it yourself, there is no reason to pay anyone to do the same thing you can do with a little education in reading how to's.
My question still stands, Please no one tell me to do it myself, I work to much and not enough patients to do so. Please if anyone knows anything let me know about my post. thanks
Federal law says no. Some state law says yes with a bond. If the state law is more restrictive, federal probably wouldn't preemept it. We put everything in trust.
I think the OP wants to GO to a credit repair firm, not start one. Apex, who posted just above me, runs such a service. He is licensed and bonded and a member of the BBB. You can click on the link in his signature to contact him.
