I am posting for my daughter who has messed up her credit. She is a school teacher and doesnt exactly make a kings ransom.

What are the best ways to repair her credit?

Any credit cards companies that work with someone like her?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You would really have to post more information, such as the number and dollar amounts of your daughter's debts, what kind of debts these are (e.g. credit cards, mortgage/HELOC, auto loan, etc.), and what is the status of the accounts (current, late but still open, charged-off, etc.). And of course what is your daughter's income compared to her actual living expenses such as food, housing, and medical?

Depending on these factors, it may be possible to settle the debts for a portion of the money owed, request a hardship payment plan from the lenders, or it may be necessary to file for bankruptcy protection.
