Your advise to be careful is wise. We use small claims court here in Oklahoma to help our clients remove items from their credit reports. Please be open to effective strategies and "don't throw the baby out with the bathwater".Feel free to email me with your mailing address

guerrilla, if you wish to help people and offer advice here, you would be more than welcome. You could probably even use a hyperlink to your site in your signature line. To just come here and blatantly advertise will just serve to get you banned.

My sincerest apologizies. I was simply responding to someone's request about credit repair companies. I didn't mean to offend anyone, nor violate the terms of this board.

Do your clients have to move to oklahoma in order to take advantage of small claims court? Seems a little bit expensive.

    Hmongster,

The answer to your question is, no, our clients do not have to live in Oklahoma.

    humblemarc -

don't you know how to read an apology...or are
you just not man enough to accept it.

i thought this board was about helping people,
not attacking people when they make an honest
mistake and then apologize for it...

    I'm outta here.

humblemarc, I think that maybe guerilla didn't know that you can't advertise on the board. I think that if he apologizes he is saying that he didn't know any better. Charlie

It would be a better approach to become part of the board and offer assistance to people who come here for help. Once people have an opportunity to see what type of advice you offer and it affectiveness, then some of the people who come here will naturally gravitate to you for direct help. If the only thing that you are here for is to troll for clients, then this board would be better off with you making good on your threat to leave.

    Just my two cents worth.

I hope you reconsider your resignation from the board. Your ideas are interesting and now that you know "advertising" is a no-no, it would be nice to have a legal loophole finder on board.

If you are still posting, perhaps you can answer this, I presume your "packet" has instructions for filing etc. How can this "court order" be enforced? Would it not have to be entered in the CA's own State? What kind of penalty would accrue for them ignoring it?

Just for the record, the above person emailed me PERSONALLY! As i am not PBM, i leave his advertising on the board up to others. Personal unwarrated solicitations are bad ettiquette on any board, let alone bad internet ettiqutte.

Secondly, my first or second post on this board was about the exact strategy he is talking about. Our company(financial services)has taught people how to do this for FREE for the past several months.
Because of the state we live in, a person can sue for injunctive relief on their credit reports.

If s/he leaves or stays matters not to me, but invading my internet "privacy" to advertise his per-pay services is "not helping people" It's called running a business.

    (still on my soapbox)

I really find difficulty with the *humble* part. You will see in an above post that I sinerely apologized for my mistake. For some reason, you're the only one on this board that didn't want to accept that apolgogy. You are corrent. I did email you personally, but that was to apologize to you personally. Why don't you just get over it and proceed on to productive matters. I have emailed PMB and asked that my posts be removed, since I violated the terms of this board. This will be my last post to this board.

Best wishes to everyone in whatever your pursuits are.
