    Credit report dates

I received a credit report from Experian on February 12 that was dated January 24. There is no post mark on the envelope, so no way to show that they were past 30 days in responding to my request for vaidation. Of course it could be that the report took 20 days in the mail. Has anyone else noticed this happening with Experian or was this just a one off thing?

I hope you didn't send the validation letter to experian. You dispute with cra's and they verify. Collection agencies validate.

No, I've always received my reports within a few days of mailing and they've always had a postmark date on it.

LKH is right. You don't validate with CRA, you dispute and they try to verify.
