I'd say that is pretty []ish thing to say on this board, but I got someone that owes me about 5K after running over me on my motorcycle with her car so I will offer a suggestion. If the debt is truly legit I suggest that instead of trying to turn it over to a collection agency or putting it on the persons credit report, sue the person in court and get a judgement.
